well..i'm here in perth!!! (V ~.< V)

i realized that in KLIA, there are no specific place where we can put our trolleys after checking in our stuff...so my dad and i pushed them to a certain spot and started to line them up together...after awhile, people started going to that same spot to line up THEIR trolleys...i was watching in fascination at this rare display of Malaysian thoughtfullness when the trolley-collecting man came running up...he rolled his eyes up to heaven and started moving the trolleys out of the way...a blink and he was gone...vanished into thin air, trolleys and all...i still don't know where he hides them...

had dinner at McD's with my family...Ivy and I ate Bubur Ayam whereas my dad and mom shared a Fillet Burger Mc Value meal...Mc Value my @$$...everything's so much more expensive in the airport...a McValue meal costs RM11.64 plus tax...what..!?!!! they're making us pay their rent?? that must be against the law right?! BLLllLAAaAaHHhhHhHHHhhh!!!

!!!!!!!

oh..and guess what, chin hou? the flight had NO INDIVIDUAL TV SCREENS!!! we flew in an old aeroplane which detoured to Kuching wasting 2 precious hours in Perth!!! SOB!!! and i was bored out of my mind..!! i slept most of the way eventhough the chair was really uncomfortable...luckily i brought my book along with me...The Island was showing on the main tv screen but i had already watched it....one good thing is that the air stewards were really nice especially this one guy who kept on asking people if they wanted EGGFRIEDRICE?? he pronounced it all in one breath thus making it sound all joined together...EGGFRIEDRICE!!!! hahaha..."hi maam, would u like some ginger chicken with EGGFRIEDRICE? It's very gooooood!!!" "Yes sir, EGGFRIEDRICE for u...a pleasure..." "Hi girls...looking tired...EGGFRIEDRICE will cheer u up..!!!" EGGFRIEDRICE!!! EGGFRIEDRICE!! LELONGGGG LELONGGGG..!!!! hahahahahahaa....*yeah...so lame...i know...wink*

i just came back from Big W's...which is basically something like our everyday Giant and Tesco...except that it sells much more variety of food and clothing...CHOCOLATES ARE SO CHEAP OVER HERE!!!! i wish i could buy everything!! of course, it's in Aussie dollars...a big Cadbury bar costs only $4...i grabbed two bars...yummy!! and they have MINI M&MS!!!!! so cute!!! they're all tiny and colourful...everything cost less than $4...i bought a pair of thongs too for $3...they're pink ^_^ and Ivy bought a stripey one...$3 ONLY!! which is RM9...well, not really cos i have to multiply it by 2.6...but lazy to count laa...oh, and i mean thongs as in the slippar thong...not the G-string...sorry to get u all excited PandaBoy...hehe...

don't worry...i bought chocolates for all of u too...and candy canes for our christmas party...!!!

*yawnnnnnn*

i'm so tired now...i know i slept on the plane...but it wasn't a restful sleep...i kept on waking up and feeling thirsty...i didn't want to disturb Mr. EGGFRIEDRICE by asking him for a glass of water, so i slowly listed out the pros and cons of sucking on toilet water...

luckily, i came to my senses..*the air pressure must have gotten to me* and i pressed the "call" button and EggFriedRice came running up..."Hi, can i have two glasses of water please?"
He brought it a few minutes later...but it was warm....*sniff*...i was SO looking forward to a nice glass of cold water....anyhow, one must make do with what one has....so i drank it all down with a gulp, smiling at my relatives sitting across the aisle from me...my uncle's two small boys, named Samuel and Daniel...whenever his father calls "SAM!! COME AND ORR SHEE SHEE!!" i'll terasa...sighh...

*Orr Shee Shee is baby talk for peeing, shaz...*

while taking a nap just now, Ivy and my cousin brother thought it'd be hillarious if they took pictures of me drooling in my sleep...*which i do not do, shawn!!! so stop laughing, chris!!!* the two monkeys took picture after picture after picture...*roll eyes*...and after going through them when i woke up, i now have a conclussion that i sleep like a dead person...all white and still...*shivers*

there's so many people in my aunt's house...we're all crashing here and rooms are limited...i'm worried about how long we'll each take in the bathroom before the wedding tomorrow...does this mean that i have to wake up at 5am to get first dibs on the loo? ooooo....i love the shower here...so refreshing and cold...and my aunt's bathroom has these special heating lamps which warm u as soon as u step out of the shower....mmmmmm......

i better get back out there...or else they'll start coming on me with cameras again...tee hee hee...i'm a celebrity....*roll eyes*

wish all the monkeys are here with me...it'll be so much fun with all of u..!!! anyways, i'm sure u're all having the time of ur life in Fine Arts today...playing with Artline pens and whatnots...ooooo....fun! fun! FUN!

take care, guys..i'll keep u posted!

well, i'm leaving in an hour...

yay!!! can't wait to get on the plane, despite numerous crazy attempts by SOME people to scare me from going onboard...*fans self* puff puff...i'm still going!! and i'll be back too!!! u'll see me again on tuesday....

*crowd goes "AawwWWwww MAaaNnnNNnNNNnnn!!!"*

yup!! i'm coming back with goodies for all of u!!

*crowd goes "YAYYY!!!!! HURRY ON HOME, DARLING SAM!!!"*

*roll eyes*

do u realize that whenever u're in a hurry to get somewhere, the traffic lights always SEEM to turn red when u're nearing it? GAAHHH~~!!! it's so annoying...all the way home...red, red, red, red, red, red......red!! but shaza was patient enough for the both of us and i got through the red lights without cursing at any poor innocent fools...*fans self again*

i remember one aeroplane incident when i was a kid flying to Taipei...the plane's interior was terribly old-fashioned and no inflight entertainment was provided...nonetheless, i was happily walking up and down the aisle, doing twists and asking everyone if they were as excited as i was to fly to Taipei...i got lots of smiles from the adults who were probably thinking..."ooo...so cute..!!! i want to pinch her cheeks!!" and the air stewardess gave me a colouring book which got me all excited to show my talent to the entire cabin of passengers...not bothered at all with the colours i used to beautify a clown, (black and yellow, i still remember, like a banana) i took off my seatbelt *sigh...dangerous gila* and walked up and down the aisle again showing off my "artistic" skills...such fun!

imagine me doing that now...hahaha....

okay...see u all on tuesday!! 4 days only la...i'm sure u'll survive without Sam the trans..!!! but yeah...i know i will be missed....

><

*crowd goes, "snigger...yeah right...get lost Sam..buy lots of expensive things for us, okay??!!"*

Pssssst....

here's me trying to portray confidence...

*i'm happy with how i look!!!*

here's what i really feel...

*sighhh.....i need to lose weight.........*cries self to sleep*

whyyyy?? why do they only make dresses for the skinny and beautiful??? whatever happened to making sure ur clothes fit u, and not u who's supposed to fit them? whatever happened to the designers whose main concern was to make EVERYONE look beautiful...not just the models...

feeling really down at the moment...went out shopping today for the perfect dress...left the house at 9.30am with high hopes....reached 1 Utama at around 1pm, partly because my mom forgot to turn the refrigerator back on after my dad played around with the switches in the kitchen...and partly because we went to collect our flight tickets from The Curve...YAY!!! going to PERTH is the highlight of this month!!

yes...the dress...sorry, went off topic for awhile...

did u realize that 1 Utama is the only shopping mall with NO LALA SHOPS? everything's branded and expensively gorgeous...from the floor tiles to the christmas decorations...and that is why my family decided to go there to shop for my wedding dress.....erm...wedding dinner dress....not my wedding but my cousin's....and i need a dress for the wedding dinner....er.....i guess u understand what i mean.....NOT GETTING MARRIED OKAY?

so anyway, walked around in a daze looking lovingly at all the beautiful clothes i can only DREAM to wear....don't u just hate it when u're allowed to buy ANYTHING u want and u can't find ANYTHING?! sobbbb!!!!! i tried on dress after dress....skirt after skirt.....top after top...and then i realized this.....i have a normal body! i can't wear all these clothes!!! what? am i crazy?? i have boobs for goodness sake!!....models don't! and that's that!

with determination to find the perfect combination of sexy top and ruffled skirt, i dragged my family around the mall entering one shop after another...after several rejected stores, i nearly wept with desperation...I NEED A DRESS AND I NEED IT NOW!!!

and then....*ray of light*.....tadahhh!!!! i saw it...the perfect little shop selling perfect clothes....Blook....girls might know it...guys might have heard of it....

i went in and started browsing through the many racks of fabric....falling in love with most of them....and with renewed vigour, i waltzed into the dressing room and tried on a black, lacey top...not all that revealing but still sexily understated...*smiles with pride*...i looked into the mirror and a lightbulb went on inside my head....*actually, the light came from the bright lights flashing around the mirror but anyhow...* i knew, "This is the one!!!"

YAYYYY!!!!!!!! i've found my perfect top...now all i need to do is find the perfect skirt and i'll be a happy little trans..!!! shopping anyone?

the dumb things i do....

when i was younger, my dad taught me how to ride a bike...after awhile, i got the hang of it and rode around happily showing off to my younger sister who applauded and ran after me excitedly...it sort of got to my head that i was a pro on the bicycle and i tried to make a make a fancy U-turn, causing my bike to topple over and my right leg got stuck between the spikes of the wheel...i bled all over the street and i remember feeling numb...it's not an experience i wish to go through ever again...*blush* and i avoided my bike for awhile...

then, in kindergarten, i went to the bathroom with my best friend and somehow, my right leg got stuck in the toilet bowl...i have no idea what i was doing standing over the toilet...*rolls eyes* kids...and when my friend helped me pull my leg out, i looked down and saw something white floating in the water...i cried and though i lost my sock...so Sandra helpfully dipped her hand into the toilet bowl an pulled it out only to find that it was tissue paper...then we both looked down and saw that, sure enough, i was wearing both my socks AND shoes...how dumb...

a few years later, in secondary school, the night before my Geography exam, i was studying in my room...learning about the states and the benefits oil palm was to our country's income...i managed to memorize a page full of boring details and was so happy i jumped around my room doing somersaults...TA DAHHH!!!! I CAN REMEMBER EVERYTHING!!!! HEY MACARENA MACARENA MACARENA...HEYY!!!~~" i slipped on the carpet and landed on my, yes, right ankle twisting it painfully to the side...i was afraid of what my parents would think......okay okay...i didn't want to look stupid...come one!! twisting your ankle doing a Macarena dance?? talk about foolish..!! but they heard the bump...*i was a heavy girl*...and came rushing into the room...i was brought to a chinese traditional masseuse and he rubbed and twisted my ankle back into shape...it turned out that the ligaments got torn and i was not allowed to dance
anymore...needless to say, i missed my Geography exam...yay!! *rolls eyes again*...the procedure was both painful and embarrasing...............why? cos he kept on laughing at me!!!!!! what nerve! everytime he laughed, his hand jerked my ankle and i went, "ARGHHHHH!!!!" causing him to laugh somemore...!!! >:(

so yes...my right leg/ankle is seriously being tossed around...and yesterday, at futsal, i twisted it again while running after the ball....i was running behind Shaza when she stopped suddenly...so i bumped into her and fell onto my ankle...the others *God bless them* came running up and Ethan helpfully offered to massage it for me...hahaha...in the end, Chris twisted it around and it felt better...although abit tender...so i sat out of the game for awhile with one very guilty Shaza who kept on appologizing...*shaz, if u appologize once more, i really will smack ur bum!*

sighh...my mom told me last night that i will have to go back to the laughing masseuse to get another herbal massage...i hope he doesn't remember me...i've been there a couple of times and both times, he laughed his head off....*anyone know another good chinese herb doctor, please PLEASE let me know...*

1st client : Sunkist

this is our advertisement for LEMON-AID! the newest health fruit juice by SUNKIST...!!

looks cute huh? well..our target consumers are the young and alive...*young at heart are also included* so we wanted our ad to be as eye-catching as possible for them...

also, most japanese ads use bright colours and "cute" animation to sell their products...so why shouldn't we? they make tons of profits selling small plushies of cats in different wedding costumes...*eg: hello kitty*

lemonade...mmmmm....delicious and refreshing...especially when it's icy cold....don't think of lemons as sour fruits...u know what they say, when life gives u lemons, MAKE LEMONADE!! and that's what we did...our lemonade is guaranteed to be sweet and delicious...or u get ur 99 cents back!! Is that a great deal or what? =P

hehehe...i'm selling lemonade on my blog....

i'll post up a picture of our mock-up later...when we're done pasting everything onto it...this is our brilliant CUTE advertisement, as thought up by four creative directors...Sam Guy, Cal, Shaza and of course...me...!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE SHORT AND TALL-ER..!!

it's NOVEMBER!! and it's another expensive month for me...more birthdays coming up...

but i'm not complaining...noooo....it's always great to have friends to celebrate...!!

and this post is to celebrate WILLIAM LEE HAN MIN and LAURENCE (hehehe) YEAN JUNN TSENG'S 18 YEARS OF MARRIAGE!!!!

whoops...sorry...my hand slipped and i typed wrongly...

they're 18 YEARS OLD!!! finally...
i thought they'd never grow up...

so a tribute to William first...

he was born on the 4th of November 1987...and the world cried because they never saw such an ado*ahem*rable little baby boy in their entire life....he grew up healthy and strong....*stubborn too*...but we all love him..how could we not? he's WILLIAM!! one day, he looked into the mirror and wondered to himself, "Why are the other little boys sooo much taller than me?"....he pondered that for awhile....then, "BOO YAH!!! WhatveRR!! i'm still the best looking among them all!!" and he forgot all about his predicament...

that about sums up his personality...he doesn't stay mad for long...he's caring...he's a great drummer...he knows his shoes...and he's got the best room EVER!! with his own *sniff* apple computer....sighh...lemme use!!

so again...HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY WILL!!

now...a tribute to Panda Boy...

Panda Boy was born on the 5th of November 1987 with a metal spoon in his mouth...at least, according to him...he likes touching himself...and hang seng...*hehehe...i'm just kidding* he's tall, smart and DAMN PROUD of his 6th finger...*rolls eyes* yes, junn tseng...we know u're extra special....when we celebrated his birthday yesterday, we pushed his head into the cake and let me tell u....NO ONE'S EVER LOOKED MORE BEAUTIFUL WITH CAKE ICING ON THEIR FACES....!!! everything fitted his face perfectly...the chocolate ran down his nose and around his mouth, creating a moustache....and the red icing covered his lips amazingly...giving him the model pout...GORGEOUS!!!

so HAPPY BIRTHDAY HANDSOME PANDA!!

u guys are the best!!! and i'm glad we're friends!! *chokes*.........really.......I AM!!!

dot dot dot...

went to "Chee Cheong Kai" just now...Petaling Street for those who don't understand..."Petal-ing Street" for foreigners who can't pronounce Petaling...

most of u would know that Chee Cheong Kai is the best place to buy AND SELL fake goods..immitation stuff are displayed everywhere..and i've got to give these people credit, their stuff look as good as the real thing...bottles of perfume are sold for only RM10...i wouldn't dare use it though..but the bottles are made so well, they looked exactly like the original...BRAVO PIRATERS!!! i salute thee!!

Malaysia's now known for our excelent quality of fake goods...we're getting even better than Hong Kong and China...!!

The funny thing is, the government does not approve of pirated things, yet they still help vendors in Chee Cheong Kai sell whatever they want..they even built a large awning over the place so that tourists and locals can browse through pirate heaven without worrying about the weather...

and guess what i saw right smack in the middle of the place? a sign...a big sign....a big obvious sign...!! it read:

AMARAN : DILARANG MENJUAL BARANG CETAK ROMPAK DI SINI. DIKENAKAN HUKUMAN DENDA SEBANYAK RM5000 JIKA DITANGKAP.

what..?!!? for those who don't understand BM, it says this:

WARNING : IT IS FORBIDDEN TO SELL PIRATED GOODS HERE. IF CAUGHT, A FINE OF RM5000 WILL BE ENFORCED.

hahahahaa...i wish i had a camera to take a picture and show u guys how ridiculous that sign looked there...erm, hello? there are pirated stuff ALL AROUND!! what a waste of good advertising space...!!

this proves once again that, Yup! Malaysians can't read!

NEW STUFF, NEW RESOLUTIONS!!

went to IKEA today and bought lots of new stuff for my bedroom..

  1. quilt cover set in PINK!!! woohoo!!!
  2. mirror *to squint at myself*
  3. pillows!! mmmm...soft....
  4. shelves in white!!
  5. a desk pad *so that my desk (which is white) doesn't get pencil mark stains..*
  6. boxes and pencil holders...

after that, my mom and i went for dinner in SS2...we had claypot chicken rice..it was so good!!! mmmm...i think i've found a new love....CLAYPOT CHICKEN RICE!! now i love anything cooked in a claypot...love the smell....

with full bellies, we returned home and i immediately rushed up to add my newly acquired treasures to my room...but when i opened the door, i was hit with the realization of just how DIRRRTY my room is...i read somewhere that your room is your sanctuary...well, my sanctuary looked more like a warehouse full of unsold stuff...there was even a pile of *blush* underwear stacked on my desk...THEY'RE CLEAN OKAY!!

i couldn't put all my new stuff in my messy room!! it would totally clash and look out of place..!!

only one thing i could do...put my feet up and call a 24/7 cleaner to come...hehe...i'm kidding...i had to straighten up my room on my own...sighh...so i rolled up my sleeves *literally* and got reacquainted with Mr Vacumn and Ms Fabuloso!

First, i cleared my desk which was piled high with old assignments, various items for my research folder and many short 2B pencils..!! *do i really use that many pencils??*

second to be attacked were my shelves...i had no idea i own so many useless, tiny ornaments which had to be cleaned gently with a soft cloth...i spent almost an hour on them...then i gave up and threw the rest into a box...i'll deal with them later...probably sell them off to my GENEROUS CLASSMATES!!! tee hee!!

third on my list...THE BED!!! cheng cheng chennnnggg!!! i wonder how i managed to sleep with all my clothes littered all over the foot of the bed...didn't i feel the weight of all the clothes i tried on and didn't end up wearing? my cupboard was having a very nice holiday when i went up to it and threw its residents back into its depths...i think it squeeked and grumbled a little but i gave it a smack and it silenced itself...

finally, i looked around at my clean room and started fanning myself with joy and excitement...!!

TIME TO MOVE ALL MY NEW STUFF IN!!!! YAY!!!!

had fun ripping off all the plastic wrappers and putting everything into place...my new quilt cover looks so sweet in the yellow light radiating from my new lamp...and my shelves looked so new and white...i stared into my new mirror with joy and i can say this honestly, I LOOKED BEAUTIFUL!!! hahaha...

soft soft pillows went on the bed and made everything look brighter...boxes, i put under the shelves with all my cds hidden in them...*tip for lazy people: buy attractive boxes to hide all ur unattractive things.* and i emptied my ugly colour pencil case and arranged all the brightly coloured pencils in the pencil holder...ugh..i'm over-using the word "pencil"...i can't think of another word to replace "pencil" so forgive me....PENCIL!!

pencil...hehehe....

pictures of my new/old room...i'm in love with it again!!!

my bed with the many pillows and PINK comforter..!!!

the other side of the room...where the white shelves and the boxes are...

my mural of all my memories...

cosy corner where music comes willingly from...

the legendary table...minus the underwear...

what do u think? did i do a good job cleaning up or what? *pats ownself on the head* ^_~
